Programme Manager / Supply Chain Programme Manager - Earn up to £458 per day plus benefits (PAYE) or £592 per day (LTD)Our Global Pharmaceutical Client is looking for a Programme Manager / Supply Chain Planning Programme Manager to join their team in Middlesex for 11 months to lead and deliver a large scale supply chain planning programme which delivers against functional objectives and targets, aligns to the overall strategy and delivers tangible benefits.Key Responsibilities: * Engage and manage Steering Committee members & running governance meetings to set direction and strategy of the programme * Lead on the global RFP to engage and secure 3rd party vendors to support training co-ordination and learning facilitation * Lead on managing the transition to the successful vendors including governance and process definition, issue resolution and identifying potential cost savings * Manage £2m+ budget in co-ordination with central finance team and senior business stakeholders * Collaborate with Global L&D Business partners to secure overall ownership and accountability for building capability in the supply chain planning competencies within sites, hubs, markets and supply chains globally * In collaboration with Learning Operations Director GSF/GMS define strategy to "Embed, Grow and Sustain" the programme to ensure value is derived from the programme * Engage with the Steering Committee and agree 70/20/10 approach with the business and securing the resources to bring it to life (COP, Gartner articles, technical coaching, how to set up a COP, Business skills curriculum) * Secure the execution of the deployment Plan for (Apply online only) across all Regions and Business units (Consumer, Vaccines, EMAP & NAJGP) for all 3 parts of the programme * Manage a team of onsite and offsite co-ordinators to ensure all logistics are executed efficiently and to a high standard * Secure Lead and Lag metrics for the programme and their reporting to different Stakeholders and ensure KPIs are in place with regular reporting mechanisms * Ensure delegates feedback is collected, reported on and corrective and actions taken where required in a timely fashion * Project management support to ensure adherence to stage gate process, track project milestones, manage risk/issues and feed into academy/GL&D governance structure * Matrix manage learning consultants to ensure learning materials are consistent, up to date, standardised and aligned to the supply chain business processes and technical requirements including alignment to governance forums to make changes as and when required * Align to the overall core commercial cycle competency framework owned by the supply chain organisation * In collaboration with Learning Consultants, work with other learning programmes to ensure alignment of content and deployment approach/timelines (e.g. Logistics Programme) * In collaboration with Learning Operations Director GSF/GMS , define communication & change management support (identifying right channels to execute the stakeholder / change management approach) * Align closely with the global process owners and other content owners for input into approach and learning materials contentQualifications / Experience / Skills: Essential: * Outstanding stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior leaders * Basic understanding of learning and development processes * Strong interpersonal, communication and networking skills * Confident in working on own initiative and in ambiguous spaces * Analytic skills and confidence with handling large volumes of data including presenting both verbally and written * Ability to work simultaneously across multiple projects/workstreams * Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages (including Excel, MS Project and Access) * Vendor management experience * Demonstrable large scale project/programme management experience * Managed operational budgets * Working across culturesDesirable: * Knowledge of supply chain processes * Demonstrable experience of learning management, learning materials development and facilitation * Self starter, pro-active, open and approachable * Demonstrated ability to work across complex organisations * Experience leading Regional or global Learning ProjectsFor a confidential discussion on the above role or other similar roles please send your cv / or call (Apply online only)Key words: Consumer Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Programme Manager, Supply Chain Planning Programme Manager, Influencing Skills, L&D, Data, Interpersonal Skills, Communication Skills, Networking Skills, Analytic, Contract, MiddlesexGi Group Pharmaceuticals provides a tailored Account Managed Service and dedicated Pharmaceutical recruitment team and partners with many different Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology clients throughout the globe and the United Kingdom
