My client is currently looking to recruit a Clinical Team Leader (RMN) to work in a purpose built medium secure facility with excellent facilities for individual and group work, education, occupational therapy as well as high standard of leisure facilities.This hospital is located close to the centre of Ealing in West London and is just a 10 minute walk from Ealing Broadway station. Ealing Broadway is served by underground trains on the Central and District lines and by National Rail services on the Great Western Main Line. By car the hospital is close to the A40 Western Avenue. I need an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical Team Leader to lead the female PD ward. You will be supported by and reporting to the ward manager and work alongside another Team Leader. This forms the leadership team within the ward.Job Description: * Manage the activities of the team, partnership with, and support of the Manager, close involvement in efficient and effective management of the ward and nursing practice. Teach and demonstrate procedures to and supervise registered and unregistered nursing staff, using available evidence to inform and develop practice.* Promote training initiatives at ward level; take a key role in the induction of all new staff, acting as a role model to team members.* Coordinate the process of each patient's individual care programme through effective delivery of the CPA.* To participate in Nightshift team leader rotation, to cover annual leave and sickness.Candidate Specification: * Candidates must have at least 2-3 years' experience and be RMN qualified. Must have experience working with PD clients and working in female services.
