Do you want to use the knowledge you have to support people to achieve their long and short term goals?If YES we WANT YOUCome and join our fabulous teamYour responsibilitieAs a Support Worker you will provide support to 27 individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex challenging behaviour within a respite setting. You will be establishing good relationships with the people you support, you will be the key worker for a number of individuals, and help individuals to use a range of person centred planning tools.
